Getting Started
Sessions
Sessions are generally held via phone or Skype. However, in-person meetings are available for those in the Florida panhandle.
The initial consultation is 20 minutes. Additional sessions are 50-60 minutes and include email support (+ free gifts if you're enrolled in health coaching!) If choosing something requiring web work from me, communication will be email/phone and time will be based upon our agreement. After our initial consultation, a written proposal may be sent if requested.
Each program, whether business or health coaching, is completely customizable.

Pricing
The work I do with each client is highly customized, ranging from Virtual Assisting (hands-on work) to bi-monthly coaching session, so prices vary depending on the scope of work.
